I like the ambiance and i feel relax inside and outside the room.

My comfort room doesn't have bidet, that's on room 9311. I don't have shampoo too.

Room was old, lighting is a bit dark and i don't like the room's bathroom..no natural light coming from the outside..

I've booked almost a month ago for 3 rooms but still we were given rooms almost at the end of that 2nd floor ,with windows with a view of the TRASH outside. They should have prioritize us first since it was an advance booking ,Hotel looks gloomy and creepy without much lighting. Bathroom towels are dirty white in color. WIFI is so slow.

I commend the staff for being so helpful and accommodating! They were really great! Everyone was so attentive.

Facilities, rooms really need improvement. The rooms were really big, however, beds, bathroom needs to upgrade.

Pleasantly surprised for this hotel. Our room was big clean and newly renovated. The insulation though between rooms was virtually non existent as we could hear noises from the hallway. The breakfast buffet also needs improvement. But for an overnight stay with clean room in subic, this is still a good option.

The very friendly and accommodating staff. I really liked the lobby and Pool is nice as well. The room only has two lamps to light it up so place is a little dim, which I don't mind but hopefully the lamp is connected to switch that's easily accessible. Overall, the location is excellent!

The place was okay. It is pretty standard in terms of cleanliness. Sadly, there are better hotels at the same or lower price in the area.

The noise is unforgiving. We were woken up by the sound of people banging on the walls and running on the halls. I could have expected this from cheaper hotels but not one like this.

I booked 4 rooms, 1 of them did not have good air conditioning, 2 of the toilets were a bit clogged, all the lights in the 4 rooms were too dark.

The staffs were really great!!! I can't say I had the best stay here but I have to commend all their staffs! Very accommodating! :)

I wish I could have given this a higher rating. The hotel itself really looks old and the rooms and facilities were not that great. Though they had a note that they are undergoing renovation.

Old rooms and no windows for the room given to us. I understand they are undergoing renovation, so I hope this changes soon. But overall, the place is clean enough and you could see the difference (which is really good) of the renovation from the old one.
